What are your delivery fees?

Our delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on delivery from our Spotswood premises. We deliver all across Melbourne, Geelong and surrounds. If you have a number of grazing boxes to deliver to multiple locations, please provide us with a list of the addresses so that we can custom quote a delivery run for you.

 

What time will my grazing box be delivered?

Our grazing boxes are usually delivered between 10am - 3pm daily. We are unable to provide you with an exact delivery time due to a number of external factors including: route scheduling, driver's workload, traffic, roadworks and unforeseeable events. Alternatively you are welcome to pick up your order from our Spotswood kitchen between 9am-5pm with notice.

 

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

Please take all possible steps to ensure that someone is home to receive the delivery at the location specified. If there is no answer at the door the driver will attempt to call the recipient to advise of a safe place to leave at the premises and if safe to do so, or alternatively arrange a time to re-deliver at an additional charge. 

 

Are you able to cater to dietary requirements?

Absolutely! Please advise if you have any dietary requirements at time of booking or by selecting when ordering online. We can cater to Vegetarian, Vegan/Plant Based, Halal, Gluten Free, Pregnancy Friendly and Nut Free. If there is anything else, please just ask!

Whilst every effort is made to accommodate various dietary requirements our Kitchen is not completely Nut, Gluten or Dairy free therefore cannot guarantee an allergen free environment. Our team take every precaution to ensure safe food handling practices when it comes to preparing and setting up your grazing table, platter or grazing box. Unfortunately, once guests begin grazing there is no guarantee of cross contamination occurring. Therefore, if there is something in particular that you would prefer not to be used (such as nuts), please let us know as we want all of your guests to enjoy their Grazing experience!

 

How much notice do you need?

In most cases grazing boxes and platters order can be placed the day before, however please call us to check availability before proceeding with you order online. By placing your order in advance ensures that you won't miss out.

 

How does setup work?

We will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the event to setup, so that everything is ready just as your guests arrive. You provide the table and we provide everything else! Please locate the table in a cool place (preferably inside on a hot day).After the event we will have a pickup service return in the following days (as agreed with you prior) to collect the grazing boards, stands and props. All you need to do is provide them in the box provided to you (there will be a checklist of items to ensure that nothing gets left behind). Any items missing or damaged will incur a replacement fee.

 

Additional items available:

  • Feel like something a little more sweeter? We can also quote a cake, cupcakes, macrons, cake pops, biscuits etc (minimum qtys apply)
  • We do require you to provide us with a table, however if this is not possible, we can provide one for hire for an additional fee if advised at time of booking.
  • Whilst decorative foliage will be used to frame and highlight your grazing table, we can also add a floral centerpiece.
